This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase products from Wattina.
Wattina is operated by Samga Asriam LLC, a U.S.-registered company. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.
1. Shipping Area
Wattina currently ships orders within the United States only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Orders with delivery addresses outside the United States will not be accepted or processed.
If an order is placed using an unsupported delivery address, the order may be canceled and refunded.
2. Business Days and Order Cutoff Time
Our business days are:
Monday through Saturday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Our daily order cutoff time is:
5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST).
Orders placed and successfully paid before the cutoff time are typically reviewed and processed on the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff time, on Sundays, or on U.S. federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing begins only after payment has been successfully confirmed.
3. Order Processing Time
Order processing time is typically:
1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing time includes order verification, product preparation, quality checks, packaging, and handoff to the shipping carrier.
Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume, promotions, holidays, or unexpected operational delays. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify customers by email using the contact information provided at checkout.
4. Shipping Origin
Orders are shipped from fulfillment centers located within the United States.
The shipping origin may vary depending on product availability, fulfillment center capacity, and the customer’s delivery address. This does not affect the shipping policy, delivery estimate, or customer support process.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
Shipping time begins after order processing has been completed and the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery time may be affected by factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

- U.S. federal holidays

- Other unforeseen circumstances

6. Shipping Carriers
Wattina ships orders using reliable U.S. shipping carriers, which may include:

- FedEx
The carrier used for your order may depend on the product, fulfillment location, shipping destination, and carrier availability.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link, when available.
7. Shipping Fees
Wattina offers flat-rate shipping within the United States:
Flat-rate shipping fee: $4.99
Shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
We do not charge additional hidden handling fees. Any applicable taxes, shipping fees, or order charges will be shown during checkout before you place your order.
If a free shipping promotion is available, the terms and eligibility requirements will be displayed on the website or at checkout.
8. Order Tracking
After your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing:
- Your tracking number
- A link to view shipment updates
- Carrier information, when available
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after the shipping confirmation email is sent.
If your tracking information has not updated after 24–48 hours, you may contact our customer support team for assistance.
9. Incorrect, Incomplete, or Undeliverable Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Wattina is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or returned shipments caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address information provided by the customer.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Incorrect street address
- Missing apartment, suite, or unit number
- Incorrect ZIP code
- Incorrect recipient name
- Unavailable recipient
- Refused delivery
- Carrier inability to deliver to the provided address
If an order is returned to us or our fulfillment partner due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:
- The original shipping fee may be non-refundable
- Additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package
- Refund eligibility may depend on the product condition and return circumstances
Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they notice an error in their shipping address after placing an order. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has entered processing or shipment.
10. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier.
Wattina is not liable for shipping delays, lost packages, or package damage caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control. However, we will assist customers by providing available tracking information and supporting carrier claim processes when applicable.
If your package appears to be lost, delayed, or damaged during transit, please contact us promptly with your order number and tracking information.
Depending on the situation, we may assist by:
- Reviewing the tracking status
- Confirming shipment details
- Advising you to contact the carrier
- Supporting a carrier investigation or claim when applicable
- Helping determine whether a replacement, refund, or other resolution may be available under our policies
Please note that refunds or replacements are not guaranteed for carrier-related issues unless required by applicable law or approved under our customer service review process.
11. Multiple Packages
Some orders may contain multiple products that are shipped separately.
If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number. Packages may arrive on different dates depending on product availability, fulfillment location, and carrier handling.
You will not be charged additional shipping fees beyond the amount shown at checkout unless you request a special reshipment due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.
12. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.
We will do our best to assist, but order changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has been processed, prepared for shipment, or handed over to the carrier.
If an order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. In that case, the order may be eligible for return according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
13. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Returned items must generally be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by order information or proof of purchase
